At Dreeluxe, returns must be initiated through their online portal within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Final sale items, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable. Returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 label fee (waived for store credit or exchange). Defective items must be reported within 24 hours with photo or video proof. International customers are responsible for return shipping and receive store credit. Exchanges are allowed once per item and are only eligible for store credit.
